The facility is 20m long, 60m wide and deepest at 150cm.

User standards: A user who is 150cm or shorter must wear a life jacket. Tubes are prohibited.
An infant who is 100cm or shorter is not allowed in the pool (but allowed when accompanied by a guardian).
Swim cap, earrings, eyeglasses and other accessories are prohibited due to the risk from waves.

The facility is 200m long and 5m wide.

User standards: Only users wearing a lifejacket are allowed in the facility.
Children who are 130cm or shorter are not allowed in the facility (yet when accompanied by an adult guardian, they are allowed; but infants who are 120cm or shorter are not admitted).
Due to high waves and rapid water, users are prohibited from wearing eyeglasses, sunglasses, earrings, false teeth, and denture.
Users should use the tubes specially prepared for Extreme River.
Before using a tube, please check correct usage.
Your cooperation is required with the staff’s instruction.
For customer safety and water quality management, every 50 minutes ‘ operation is followed by a 10 minute break.
For different seasons and in different operational modes, the intensity of rapid water can vary between Level 2 and 3 (see operational schedule on site).

The facility has three kids’ slides and a water basket.

Exclusive for young children, the facility provides more enjoyable water play.
Operation of the facility is subject to suspension due to bad weather or facility inspection. Users must cooperate with the staff’s instruction. Outdoor bath and event bath.

The facility has five event baths and Hinoki bath.
Open all the year around.
Outdoor Bath maintains a temperature between 38 and 42 ℃.
Temperature at Event bath is kept at between 38 and 42 ℃ (tubes are banned).
Food is now allowed in the bath.
